BOOKING POLICY
We operate the following Booking Policy while offering
you accommodation in Russia. If you have more questons
about reservation, don't hesitate to contact us.
Reservation
You can send your reservation request right from our
website. Use our to provide information on the appartment you
want to book. We recommend advance planning for travel
arrangements to Russia. During the high season, we recommend
booking apartment at least 30 days before traveling.
Payment
Deposit payment of one night's accommodation is necessary
upon booking confirmation. The rest can be paid upon
arrival or upon booking. We accept all the major credit
cards, wire transfer, or cash. Online payment is available
through PayPal.
Cancellation
All cancellations should be made in written. When you
cancel your reservation, deposit of one night's accommodation
is not refundable. If you have paid for the whole period
of stay, we will refun all money except for deposit.
