POLICY
Delivery Time
We hand-deliver flowers and gifts in St Petersburg,
Russia the next day of
receiving your request and payment. We can also deliver flowers
the same day if we receive the order until 1 p.m. Moscow time.
You can also indicate the date when we should delivery flowers
to the recipient.
How to Order
To order flowers, please, fill out our Flower
Delivery Form clicking on the
Order link from our flower pages. If you have a special request,
fill out
the Special Request form and send your inquiry. After receiving
your request
and payment, we will deliver chosen item to the recipient.
When ordering flowers through us, please, provide the following
information:
- Name and contact details (address, phone number) of the
recipient
- Date and time to deliver items
- Text of the message if any
Guarantee
We can guarantee the flower delivery only in case you have
provided us with
the right contact details of the recipient and if the recipient
is in the
city. Please check all contact details before submitting the
form to us.
Miscellaneous
Note! It’s recommended that you send an odd number of flowers,
as even number in Russia is reserved for the dead and can be
understood in wrong way by the recipient. |
